Our accessibility goal
ATechSpot, operated by A+ Techucation LLC, works to make ATechSpot.com usable with a broad range of browsers, devices and assistive technologies. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a reference for ongoing improvement and treat accessibility as part of product quality rather than a one-time checklist.

How we respond
Accessibility reports are reviewed alongside security, privacy, compatibility and reliability considerations. Depending on the issue, we may correct the page or control, provide information through another reasonable format, improve labels or navigation, or adjust a future release. Third-party tools can sometimes introduce limitations outside our direct control; when that happens, we evaluate practical alternatives and document the next step.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Websites, integrations, browsers and assistive technologies change over time, so a page that works well today can require improvement later. Feedback helps us prioritize barriers that prevent a visitor from understanding information, submitting a request, completing a payment or reaching support. Our goal is to keep the core customer journey understandable and operable while the ATechSpot ecosystem continues to grow.
