Business assessments and follow-up
Assessment responses and campaign-source information may be stored in restricted lead tracking to review fit, assign a next action and follow up on your request. Authorized staff can access these records. After a client project is completed, we may request feedback and record supporting evidence for a case study. We obtain publication permission before using a client testimonial or verified result publicly.
Information you provide
We may receive information you submit through forms, assessments, service requests, checkout or communications, such as your name, business email, phone number, organization, website, project needs, budget range, desired outcomes, billing contact information and other information you choose to provide.
Payments and Stripe
ATechSpot uses Stripe for applicable checkout, subscription and payment processing. When you enter payment-card or eligible bank-payment information in Stripe Checkout, that sensitive payment information is submitted directly to Stripe rather than to an ordinary ATechSpot website form. ATechSpot may receive information Stripe makes available to merchants, such as customer and transaction identifiers, payment status, billing name and address, email, payment-method type and limited card details such as brand and last four digits. We do not need or ask you to send a full card number, CVV, online-banking password or one-time authentication code through ATechSpot forms, email or chat. Stripe’s own privacy notice and terms govern Stripe’s processing.

Our hosting, security, analytics and payment providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps, checkout events and security signals.
