ABC's of Technology is a child-directed educational property created for young learners and families. A+ Techucation LLC operates the property and is committed to minimizing data collection from children and giving parents clear information about how the site works.
Children should not submit personal information
Children should not send or enter their full name, home or school address, email address, telephone number, photographs, videos, voice recordings, precise location, account credentials, payment information, Social Security number, government identification number, or other personal information through ABC's of Technology.
Parents and guardians should supervise a child's use of the site and use adult contact information when communicating with us.
No child account is required
The core learning activities on ABC's of Technology are designed to be used without creating a child account. Interactive learning features such as vocabulary, spelling, games, coloring and similar educational activities should not require a child to provide personal information to participate.
Information processed automatically
Like most websites, hosting, security and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device type, request timestamps, security signals and pages requested. ABC's of Technology is not intended to use children's personal information for behavioral or targeted advertising.

Book and product purchase links are intended for parents, guardians and other adults. Children should not enter payment-card, billing, shipping or other purchase information on this site.
Parental consent
ABC's of Technology is designed not to require children to submit personal information for ordinary learning activities. If a future feature would collect personal information from a child under 13 in a way that requires consent under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and Rule (COPPA), that feature must not collect the information until the required notice is provided to a parent and verifiable parental consent is obtained, unless a specific legal exception applies.
Parent rights and requests
A parent or legal guardian may contact us to ask about information associated with their child, request access where applicable, request deletion where applicable, or ask that further collection or use stop. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the person making the request is the child's parent or legal guardian before disclosing or deleting information.

Data minimization, retention and security
