We aim to make our website and digital services easier to perceive, understand, navigate, and use. We use semantic headings, keyboard-accessible controls, descriptive links, form labels, visible focus indicators, readable contrast, responsive layouts, text alternatives, and captions where available.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a technical reference. Automated scans can help identify issues, but manual testing and feedback from people with disabilities remain important.
