Terms of Service

These terms describe the general conditions for using the A+ Techucation website and purchasing or receiving our technology education, consulting, website, remote-support, and related digital services.

Effective date: July 12, 2026. These terms are a business-policy template and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney for your specific operations.

1. Business identity and contact

A+ Techucation LLC provides technology education and digital solutions. Contact: aplustechucation@gmail.com or (713) 396-2993. Our primary service area is Houston, Texas, with remote services available where appropriate.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse forms, impersonate another person, or use our materials in a misleading or unlawful way.

3. Service requests, estimates, and scope

Submitting an intake form, contact message, or appointment request does not create a client relationship or require us to accept a project. Services begin only after we confirm the scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, and any required payment in writing.

Estimates are based on the information available when issued. Changes in scope, missing information, third-party problems, unexpected technical conditions, travel, hardware, software, licensing, hosting, domain, platform, shipping, or vendor charges may require a revised estimate.

4. Scheduling and consultations

Appointments may be scheduled through Zoom Scheduler or another confirmed method. Clients must provide accurate contact information and attend at the confirmed time. Rescheduling and cancellation terms will be stated in the confirmation or service proposal. Meeting links are for confirmed participants and should not be shared publicly.

5. Payment

Do not send payment until A+ Techucation confirms the service and amount. Payment instructions are provided after intake and approval. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees for completed work, consultations, deposits, third-party purchases, and nonrecoverable expenses are due as invoiced.

Third-party fees may include software, domains, hosting, advertising, shipping, data recovery, licensing, subscriptions, or platform charges. Those fees may be governed by the third party's own terms and refund rules.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful access, timely feedback, required content, backups, credentials through an approved secure method, and permission to work on devices, accounts, websites, or data. Clients remain responsible for maintaining backups and for decisions made from our recommendations.

7. Remote support and security

Remote support may require screen sharing or temporary access. We will explain the requested access before work begins. Do not send passwords through ordinary email or website forms. You are responsible for changing temporary credentials and reviewing account security after service.

8. Data, backups, and recovery limitations

Technology work can involve risk, including data loss, device failure, software conflicts, service interruption, or third-party outages. Maintain current backups before service. Data recovery is not guaranteed. DriveSavers and other outside providers control their own evaluations, services, pricing, shipping, and results.

9. Intellectual property

A+ Techucation retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, methods, educational materials, code libraries, branding, and know-how. Client ownership of custom deliverables, licenses, and usage rights will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their licenses.

10. No professional or guaranteed outcome

General website information is educational and is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, cybersecurity-certification, or financial advice. We do not guarantee search rankings, revenue, sales, leads, uninterrupted service, data recovery, compatibility, platform approval, or any specific business result.

11. Third-party services and links

Our website may link to Zoom, Google, Microsoft, Builderall, Cloudflare, DriveSavers, payment services, social platforms, or other third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, security, content, pricing, or decisions.

12. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general information are provided "as is." Any service warranty must be stated in writing. A+ Techucation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or third-party service failures. Any limitation that cannot legally apply will be limited only to the minimum extent required by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims resulting from your unlawful use of the website, materials you provide, instructions you authorize, or violation of another person's rights, except to the extent caused by A+ Techucation's own unlawful conduct.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through written notice and direct discussion. Any required venue or additional dispute process may be stated in the applicable service agreement.

15. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
