Careers & Internship Program
A structured, mentor-led technology and e-commerce learning experience for college students seeking practical skills and, when approved by their school, academic credit.
Learning comes first.
Projects are tied to written learning objectives, supervised by a designated mentor, and evaluated through regular feedback.
Defined objectives
Each intern receives a skills plan covering technology support, website operations, AI workflows, digital accessibility, e-commerce, or content systems.
Supervised experience
A mentor assigns educational projects, reviews work, and completes midterm and final evaluations when required by the school.
School coordination
Credit is awarded only by the student’s college or university. The student must obtain approval and provide any required school agreement before starting.
Hours and evaluations
Weekly time logs, progress reports, learning reflections, and completion records support school verification.
Local and remote options
Eligible placements may be remote, hybrid, or Houston-based depending on the project, supervision needs, and school requirements.
Compensation reviewed
A+ Techucation reviews compensation and worker classification before placement. Academic credit alone does not make an unpaid internship lawful.
